European Adventure Leaves Lasting Impression on Explorers

We're thrilled to share highlights from our recent annual trip to Europe with 21 students, Brother John, Mr. Connell, and accompanying staff.

The journey was an enriching exploration of European history and culture. In Dublin, students immersed themselves in the city's heritage, visiting landmarks like the National Museum of Archaeology and the original St. Patrick's Cathedral. The Gaelic games experience at Failte - Na Fianna Clubhouse provided a unique glimpse into Irish tradition.

Crossing over to Conwy, Wales, via ferry, students marveled at the medieval charm of this picturesque town.

In England, they gained insights into Shakespeare's life and works in Chester before delving into the bustling metropolis of London. Iconic landmarks such as St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace left a lasting impression.

The journey continued to Paris via Eurostar, where students were captivated by the beauty of the Eiffel Tower and explored renowned museums like the Louvre. Attending Easter Vigil at PAROISSE SAINT-PIERRE DE-MONTROUGE added a spiritual dimension to the trip.

Throughout the journey, students embraced new experiences like the game of Pétanque and savored authentic culinary delights, including escargot.

As a special treat, ACIS travel company provided a free Seine River Cruise, allowing students to admire Paris's landmarks from a unique perspective.

Overall, the trip was an incredible educational adventure filled with unforgettable memories and cherished experiences.
