Thomas Kruczek was appointed as the second president of Christopher Columbus High School in April 2019. Since then, he has been instrumental in leading the school's operations and advancement while serving on its School Board.
Under his leadership, the school has launched several transformative initiatives, including the Marcus Lemonis and Mario Sueiras Center for Science & the Arts, the Caring Hearts Fund, which supports students facing financial emergencies, and the ongoing development of the Pat Call and Irene Culmo Center for College & Career Guidance.
With over 35 years of experience spanning higher education and the business world, President Kruczek is a proven leader and mentor. His previous roles include serving as President of Notre Dame College, Dean of the College of Business & Management at Lynn University, and Executive Director for the Center for Entrepreneurship at both Syracuse University and Rollins College.
His dedication to fostering academic excellence and student success continues to shape the future of Christopher Columbus High School.
