Robotics Shines at Ransom Everglades State Qualifying Match

We are thrilled to share the results of our first robotics tournament of the 2024–2025 season!

This past Sunday, Columbus High School participated in the Ransom Everglades state qualifying match, where all four of our teams advanced to the final rounds—an impressive achievement and a testament to our program's growth.

Among the 31 teams competing, Columbus was honored with the prestigious Judges Award. This recognition is reserved for teams that demonstrate:
  • Special attributes, exemplary effort, or perseverance throughout the event.
  • Exceptional qualities that catch the judges’ attention and deserve special recognition.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, and a student-centered approach during team interviews.
This milestone is a proud moment for our robotics program, and we are eager to build on this success as we continue competing throughout the season!
